The Calm- Mild Kimchi
Light, crisp, and gently spicy. Naturally fermented and alive with real probiotics. A fresh, everyday way to support your gut.
Ingredients:
Napa cabbage, carrot, spring onion, yellow onion, apple, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, Turkish chili pepper, sea salt.
How to enjoy it:
Pairs beautifully with grilled (old) cheese toasties, steamed rice, noodle bowls, soups, avocado toast or fresh salads. Enjoy it as a side, a topping, or simply straight from the jar.

Our kimchi is handmade with small batches, packed in leak-proof glass jars and continues to fermenting during delivery. When opened you might feel a pressure. This is normal. Please refrigerate when arrived. You can enjoy it for several weeks.

Our signature kimchi—bold, spicy and full of depth. Fermented the real way and packed with living probiotics for those who love authentic heat.
