Ingredients:
Napa cabbage, carrot, spring onion, yellow onion, apple, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, Turkish chili pepper, sea salt.
How to enjoy it:
Grilled (old) cheese toasties, meat and chicken stews as well grilled meats, soups, rice bowls and fried rice, ramen, dumplings and stir-fry dishes. Enjoy it as a side, a topping, or simply straight from the jar.
Spiciness Level: High (balanced heat)

Our kimchi is handmade with small batches, packed in leak-proof glass jars and continues to fermenting during delivery. When opened you might feel a pressure. This is normal. Please refrigerate when arrived. You can enjoy it for several weeks.
